If you’re not satisfied with your Hamlovers purchase, please let us know within 10 days of receiving the package. You can call us at 917-725-4039 or email us at email@example.com. Here’s what we’ll do:
If you ordered the wrong item or quantity, we’ll take unopened items back. Just let us know and we’ll refund your purchase (less our initial shipping cost) to your credit card or paypal account within two business days of its arrival at our warehouse. We ask that you ship no more than 15 days after you receive it. You may ship back to us with UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
If your order arrives damaged, we’ll send you an immediate replacement. We may email you a UPS label as well, so you can return the damaged item.
If you’re not happy for some other reason, contact us. We want to have happy customers. If there’s something wrong with your order we’ll make it right.
