Jamón Ibérico by Fermin

Cured for two years, this fine jamón ibérico comes from Salamanca, one of Spain's most famous jamon regions. It is made from the meat of a special race of pigs called black Iberian pigs.

Eat it at room temperature and feel the rich, gorgeous flavour coming through. Then that little bit of delicious fat melts on your tongue. It's one of life's special treats.

Lomo Ibérico de Bellota by Fermín

Made artisanally from the same acorn-fed Iberian pigs that provide our top bellota jamon at hamlovers, bellota pork loin is a world unto itself. Known in Spain as "lomo embuchado", cured tenderloin is naturally low in fat and dense with rich, nutty flavors. Sliced extra thin. Serve with manchego cheese and a nice wine.

Sliced paleta serrana

Serrano jamon is a Spanish staple. Our sliced serrano has been cured for 12 months. It is best served at room temperature by itself or with cheese and olives, wrapped around bits of melon, or for adding its unique flavor to all manner of dishes.

Try this classic Spanish dish: a few slices of serrano jamon on crusty bread that's been drizzled with good olive oil. To die for. Gluten-free.

Iberian chorizo sausage

Our chorizo is made from pata negra Iberian pigs. That's right, the same pigs that provide the best jamones we sell here at hamlovers. It's what all other chorizo sausages want to be when they grow up.

Every detail of the manufacture of this chorizo reflects the respect conferred on the special pigs used in its production. The meat is selected and seasoned with garlic, oregano, olive oil and pimentón (smoked red peppers to give it that deep, rich color). The casing is made of natural intestine which is thinner and can be eaten because it's a natural product that absorbs the flavours of the sausage. Gluten-free.

Salchichón Ibérico sausage

This dry-cured sausage is made with pork from Spanish pata-negra pigs. The meat is coarsely ground and the fat is not separated before being blended with pepper, nutmeg, and other spices. Hamlovers' salchichón tends to be a bit spicy, with a slightly creamy texture from the fat. It is cured for a minimum of 45 days.

This snackable delicacy pairs best with hearty red wines which can cope with the spicy flavor and enhance it without becoming overwhelming. It can be eaten plain as a snack of aperitif, or combined with rustic bread and hard cheese in the Spanish style.

Vacuum-packed, our ready-to-eat salchichón can be stored in a cool dry place out of the light for up to six months. Once the packing has been opened, the sausage should be refrigerated. Each piece weighs 7 ounces and contains no preservatives. Air-cured for more than a month, they are ready to eat. Gluten-free.
