Spanish people love this stuff! These 1.75 lb. sausages are made artisanally from the same Spanish pigs that provide Fermín serrano jamon. Lomo embuchado (pork tenderloin in English) is found in all good butchers' shops in Spain. It is one of the best cuts of the pig, and also the lowest in fat. Delicious.
